We collect information you provide directly: your service request details (intent, location, budget, timeline), contact information if supplied, and session identifiers. We do not collect payment information — all financial arrangements are made directly between customers and providers.
How We Use Your Information
Your request details are used solely to match you with suitable local providers and to facilitate admin review of that match. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Provider Contact Information
Provider contact details (phone, LINE ID) are only disclosed after a SiamNode admin has confirmed a handoff. They are never shown to customers before this step, and never shown in customer-facing pages.
Data Retention
Lead and session records are retained for operational purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to remember your selected region and session identifiers between visits. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
