Platform Role
SiamNode is an introduction and matching service only. We connect customers with local service providers but are not a party to any agreement between them. All contracts, scope, pricing, and payment are agreed directly between customers and providers.
No Automatic Matching
Provider matches are not created automatically. Every match requires manual admin review and confirmation. SiamNode reserves the right to decline any match without explanation.
No Payments Through SiamNode
SiamNode does not process, hold, or guarantee any payment. Financial arrangements are entirely between the customer and the provider. SiamNode is not responsible for disputes arising from such arrangements.
Provider Obligations
Providers listed on SiamNode must maintain accurate profile information, service availability, and regional coverage. Providers agree not to circumvent the platform after being introduced to a customer through SiamNode.
Customer Obligations
Customers agree to provide accurate information about their requirements. Submitting false or misleading requests may result in removal from the platform.
Limitation of Liability
SiamNode provides its services on an 'as is' basis. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, availability, or suitability of any provider. Our liability is limited to the value of any fees paid to SiamNode directly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. This is a preliminary terms document; a full legally reviewed version will be published before commercial launch.
